Join Citizens Climate Lobby. This is a national organization focused on passing federal legislation that would place a fee on carbon at its source, the well-head, the mines, and the ports of entry. 100 percent of the revenue would be returned to the people. Every household in the U.S. would receive a monthly dividend to offset increased costs of energy. See our web site at www.citizensclimatelobby.org.
