Bright Water Rising in Cleveland Ohio is organizing a Water Walk along the Cuyahoga River 6/22 to 6/26 2015. The walk starts at headwaters park in Huntsburg OH and ends in Wendy Park Cleveland OH by the shore of Lake Erie.. Marched against oil pipeline in freezing cold in DC, respond with comments following climate and justice, especially racial, articles whenever possible. I see that we humans are terribly self destructive when we continue to destroy our only home planet and treat other humans as if we are not in this together. I try to point out the tremendous change in our local climate/weather since I was a child growing up here. I share the fact that a neighboring city has land that is now below sea level and has begun to try to learn how the Dutch have dealt with being below sea level. Attended a local effort by environmentalist and health organizations to educate citizens about the health effects we are seeing because of climate change.
